Cancellations are accepted by email or fax only. If you fail to cancel before the time frames detailed below you will be charged in full for the order.
- Domestic Airport Transfers: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 12 hours prior to pick up time if called in to the office in addition to emailing or faxing the cancellations. Round trip Orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders.
- International Airport Transfers (Outside Canada): Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pick up time. Round trip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders.
- Hourly Charters, Point to Point transfers, Specials & Tours: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pick up time. Limo bus deposits will be non-refundable
- Wedding & Grad Packages: Time Limousine requires that cancellations be received no less than one month prior to pick up time & deposit will be non refundable
- Special Events(eg New Years): Cancellations received a minimum of 14 days prior to the trip will not incur a cancellation charge. Cancellation received 7-13 days prior to the trip will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations received fewer that 7 days prior to the trip will be charged in full. I agree to pay the entire contract price if the cancellation policy is not followed. Speciality vehicles including our stretch Rolls Royce Replica, stretch Mercedes Replica and Vintage cars have a 50% non-refundable deposit due when the booking is made
