Booking Tips & Common Questions

Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum on most days (4 hours for Saturday weddings and graduations). Round-trip transfers are booked as one order — check the Round Trip box rather than submitting twice. And if your plans change, pickup-time changes are accepted up to 2 hours before by phone.

Point-to-point is a fixed rate from A to B (extra stops cost extra). Hourly gives you the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time with unlimited stops — best for weddings, tours and multi-venue nights.

Yes — the rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay. Confirmed bookings stay at the quoted price even if rates change later.
