To secure your reservation, we require a credit card deposit. The specific deposit amount depends on the vehicle size and the total booking cost. The remaining balance is typically due upon pickup or can be prepaid.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes. Because we take the vehicle off the market for your specific time slot, cancellations made within a certain window (typically 14–30 days prior to the event) may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please ask our booking agent for the specific cancellation terms for your date.
Are gratuities included in the price?
The prices listed often exclude the driver’s gratuity and 5% GST. It is industry standard to tip your chauffeur 15–20% for excellent service. This can sometimes be added to your final bill for convenience—just let us know your preference when booking.
Can we drink alcohol on the party bus?
In strict accordance with British Columbia provincial laws, open alcohol is not permitted inside any commercial vehicle, including limousines and party buses. If alcohol is found, the driver is legally required to terminate the trip immediately without refund. We recommend pre-drinking at your pickup location or enjoying drinks at your destination venues.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. All Time Limo vehicles are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping environments to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of our luxury interiors for all guests.
Can we bring food?
Small, mess-free snacks (like pretzels or candy) are generally fine, but we ask that you avoid greasy or messy foods (like pizza or burgers) to avoid cleaning charges. Please check with us beforehand if you plan to bring food.
What happens if someone makes a mess?
A standard cleaning fee (often starting at $200) will be charged for any excessive mess, spills, or bodily fluids requiring professional steam cleaning. We want you to have fun, but please respect the vehicle!
Can we make multiple stops?
Absolutely! When you book an hourly charter, the bus is yours. You can direct the driver to make as many stops as you like within your booked timeframe. Whether it’s picking up friends in Surrey, stopping for photos at Stanley Park, or hitting three different clubs, we follow your itinerary.
What if we go over our booked time?
If your night is going great and you want to extend your rental, simply ask your driver. Provided the vehicle isn’t booked for another job immediately after yours, we are happy to extend your ride. Overtime is billed in 30-minute or 1-hour increments at the standard hourly rate.
Do you travel outside of Vancouver?
